1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Youse Capital's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

2. Description of Services

Youse Capital provides digital banking services including but not limited to:

• Multi-currency account management
• International wire transfers
• Domestic transfers (ACH, Bill Pay)
• Cryptocurrency deposit and conversion
• Commercial Officer referral programs

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Fees and Charges

By using our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees:

• Transaction fees: 3% on all inbound and outbound transfers
• Cryptocurrency conversion: 1.5% receiving fee + 3% conversion fee
• Wire transfer fees as disclosed at the time of transaction
• Account maintenance fees (if applicable)

Fees are subject to change with 30 days notice to account holders.

5. Minimum Account Requirements

Initial account setup requires a minimum deposit of $150,000 USD or equivalent. This threshold may be adjusted at our discretion and will be communicated to prospective clients.

6. Commercial Officer Program

Commercial Officers are independent contractors who refer clients to Youse Capital. By participating in this program:

• COs earn a $5,000 setup bonus per qualified account
• COs earn 0.5% commission on client transactions
• Commissions are subject to approval and compliance review
• COs must comply with all applicable laws and regulations

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our services for:

• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Fraud or illegal activities
• Circumventing sanctions or export controls
• Any activity that violates applicable laws

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• We detect suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Required by law or regulatory authorities
• You fail to complete KYC verification

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Youse Capital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
